If you are signing up for the High Priestess subscription and cancel after receiving less than three consecutive months of services, you may not sign up for the High Priestess subscription again. If you attempt to sign up for the High Priestess subscription again under these circumstances, your subscription will be canceled and your payment will be refunded to you within 5 business days.

You may not exchange any of the services or classes listed in your subscription package with people in the subscriber group or non-subscribers. You may not exchange any of the services or classes listed in your subscription package for other classes and services that Sara Ashley Astrology LLC provides. You may not exchange any of the services or classes listed in your subscription package for cash value.

Please be aware that classes and services do not roll over to the next month. For example, if you didn't schedule or show up to the appointment you scheduled for your Tarot and Transits reading, you will next get an extra Tarot and Transits reading the next month.

If you are a subscriber to Sara Ashley Astrology LLC, you will receive weekly collective AstroTarot sent directly to your email inbox. Sara will send you a Zoom link to your email inbox for the monthly AstroTarot directly to your email inbox. If you are in attendance to the monthly AstroTarot Zoom, you will receive a mini personal Tarot reading. All subscribers receive the monthly AstroTarot recording in your email inbox.

As a subscriber to Sara Ashley Astrology LLC, you will receive a discount codes sent to your email inbox within 24 hours of signing up for your subscription. Discount codes are subject to change.

If you share subscriber content to non-subscribers of Sara Ashley Astrology LLC, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you will become banned from Sara Ashley Astrology LLC. No refund will take place.

If you bully, shame, harass or conduct yourself without integrity to members of the subscriber group or Sara herself, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you will become banned from Sara Ashley Astrology LLC. No refund will take place.

IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A GIFT CARD, PLEASE READ:

Gift card expires one year after purchase. It is non-refundable. Gift cards can only be used for the service they are purchased for. Gift cards are for Zoom and pre-recorded video readings only. Sara does not do in person readings at physical locations. If the person you give this gift card to does not use Zoom, the internet, or any mobile device, and refuses to get a reading done within the options of Zoom or pre-recorded video, you and the person or people whom you give the gift card to aren't entitled to a refund.

Gift cards are non-transferable.

Your reading/service is completely confidential. If you choose a recording of that reading, Sara Ashley Astrology LLC will send the recording to you at the email address you booked your appointment with. Sara Ashley Astrology LLC is not liable for the privacy of your recording nor data in the event of a security breach.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your appointment, there are NO refunds. You can reschedule, but you may not get a refund. If you need to reschedule your reading please do so no less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Refund policy: There will be no refunds issued. All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

No-show policy: You will not be refunded if you don't show up for your scheduled appointment. I can't reschedule your appointment for free. You will have to book a new appointment. If you are a no-show (10 minutes late or more) I will automatically send you a pre-recorded reading.

Late policy: If you are more than ten minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule your appointment for another time. Unfortunately, I am usually not able to see clients who more than ten minutes late because of the next client who is booked. I can't reschedule your appointment for free. You will have to book a new appointment.

Rescheduling policy: You can reschedule your appointment without extra fees up to 12 hours before your appointment begins. However, you are limited to rescheduling your appointment a total of two times. After that, your appointment will be cancelled without refund and you will have to pay on the website to schedule a new appointment.

By checking the box below, you are agreeing that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation from Sara Ashley Astrology LLC if Sara Ashley Astrology LLC determines that you are acting abusive/disrespectful (name calling, threatening, harassment, posturing, etc) before, during, or after the reading/service.

By checking the box below, you are waiving your right to a refund/compensation if Sara Ashley Astrology LLC has to reschedule your appointment due to illness, injury, death, power/internet outages, or equipment failures.

By checking the box below, you understand that you are agreeing to a Zoom or pre-recorded video reading and understand that Sara will not be giving you an in-person reading at a physical location. You are not going to receive a refund if you ask Sara to come to meet you at a physical location such as your home, place of business or any common meeting place and Sara refuses. Sara will only give you the reading over Zoom or pre-recorded video.
